Description: Returns a value from the Fisher variance/covariance matrix for the selected data source. Enter numbers to identify the row and column in the matrix table. The full table is displayed in the 'Quick Results Report' for the calculated data sheet.
Syntax: FMATRIX(Data_Src, Row, Column)
Data_Src is the source data sheet from which the Fisher variance/covariance matrix value is taken.
Row is the row number of the data sheet.
Column is the column number of the data sheet.
Remarks:
The Data_Src can be one of the following values:
If using a default data source, it must be either 1, 2, 3 or 4, as selected from the Data Source Index drop-down list.
It can take a data sheet name (e.g., "Folio1!Data 1").
It can take a variable name defined in via the Defined Names window (e.g., datasource).
The Row and Column values must be greater than 0.
Example:
FMATRIX("Folio1!Data 1", 1, 1) = 0.0145057558
Note that this value will vary depending on the source data set.
